can not install
- Problem: fatal error occurred when installing libutempter package[1]
- but: sha256sum of iso was correct
- temporary fix for installer: deactivate updates, deactivate graphical desktop
- but after reboot: no network card found[2]
- selecting from install cd "Rescue installed system" provides a network card though
- yum install xorg-x11-server-Xorg xorg-x11-server-common
- yum groupinstall XFCE
- yum install system-config-network
- test system:
- Virtual Box 4.0.0 r69151
- host: ubuntu 10.10 2.6.35-24-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Thu Dec 2 02:41:37 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux
- installer: Momonga-7-x86_64-netinst.iso Natsuki
gnome install does not work due to ffmpeg not being installed
- one user wanted to install gnome, but this did not work out due to:
Error: Package: ffmpeg-0.6.1-0.20101111.2m.mo7.x86_64 (updates)
Requires: libmp3lame.so.0()(64bit)
solution1
- compiling lame 3.98.4 did not help, the system did not find libmp3lame.*

- temporary hack:
- compile ffmpeg 0.6 new
- yum groupinstall "GNOME Desktop Environment"
- (224 packages download :-( ), but at least install of it worked
- Gnome 2.30.2 can be launched[4]

- Use momonga-nonfree-package-builder to build them. These packages are non-free, so they aren't included base distribution.
