Heuristics in pictures
From I ask questions
What is a heuristic ?
a heuristic is “a fallible method for solving a problem or making a decision.” (see James’ slides v 2.1.8 page 21)
Heuristics bring useful structure to problem-solving skill.
unsorted, incomplete:
sandwich: squeeze theorem / Einschnürungssatz
Try to find the meaning of these.
In case you do not succeed, does not matter, heuristics contain always a personal touch. Just ignore it + continue for now (could that also be a heuristic?
).
