did you make already a list of 10 pros and 10 contras
From I ask questions
Just reading a post by someone asking about what kind of topics are good for a presentation about software testing.
I admit I'm human and I was thinking this at first: "What did a search engine tell you? And from these results which one would Y O U like?"
Such a thing would convince more people to reply and especially the ones who have the experience.
But I was remembered of another "tool" from a novel[1]:
create a list of 10 topics which are good; later create a list of 10 topics which are (probably) not good. Don't forget to turn on the brain while doing this! (this I mean in a positive way)
- ↑ Don't know the title anymore, was about a certain thing which I name X + a community in ancient times. A "teacher" told his pupil to make a list of 10 reasons why X was not good. The pupil very eager since he is himself against X. Presents the list the next day to the teacher, very enthusiastic. The teacher says: ok, now give me tomorrow 10 reasons why it is good. The pupil just looks perplexed and needs some time to adjust later. But: creates the list anyways.
